| Estrella "Raine" Fenia Dagalla cor Leonis
Estrella Fenia Dagalla cor Leonis, given the petname of Raine, was born along with her twin Remus "Mattius" Ceres Remiel cor Leonis on January 19th. They were, however, born at the exact same time, being only tiny little babies. They weren't supposed to live, but their mother, having the healing powers of Raine and the electrical powers of Mattius, started their hearts up and regenerated their bodies. This whole process, however, sparked the interest in the medical field. Their mother was taken in by the government, and they were left in the care of the hospital to examine how they grew up. For the last sixteen years of their lives, these two twins have been under the care of the hospital, as well as in some of their experiments. After their mother found out about the hospital's plans to use them in more experiments, she took her children away and put them in this camp for safety. Their mother is still working in the medical field, and is trying her best to keep her children out of the hands of anyone who would want to experiment on them.
Healing: Raine's healing powers are more complex than they seem, and can be rather deadly to herself. By using her body energy and a median, such as blood, water, even a string of hair, she can physically heal someone and even possibly reattach a limb to them. She cannot bring back a dead person, but she can regenerate their body through hours of internal and external repair. Raine can heal organs as well, but she cannot make something work again after it shuts down or dies. Raine cannot heal ailments causes by poisons, toxins, or even bacteria. Her healing uses her own body energy, so she must use it sparingly and rest for quite some time to regain it.
Twin-Telepathy & Empathy: Raine's mental powers are limited to her twin. She can listen to his thoughts, converse with him within their own minds, and feel his pain, his happiness, his sadness- all of his feelings and emotions. Sometimes, if the feeling is strong enough, they will both feel the same.
Raine takes a lot after her mother; she is at a height of 4'10", pale skin, a petite build, deep brown eyes, and long blond hair. Raine has an eccentric style, and usually wears black and red, hats, and pendents that she makes out of stones and gems that she finds. She always has some sort of purse with her, carrying her dissection kit, a purple gen pen, and a photo album of pictures of her, her brother, and her mother.
Raine is rather odd for a sixteen year old girl. She enjoys dissecting animals and learning about medical things. She's an intelligent girl in her field of study. Raine is generally quiet, and strikes many people as strange and weird, considering the fact that she carries a dissection kit wherever she goes. However, she is a kind girl. Raine would help anyone if they needed it, unless it would result in her brother getting hurt. She's very protective over him, and would disown anyone if they hurt him. Raine is rather judgmental. She'll judge someone by their appearance and by how they act in a way to avoid getting herself into any trouble. She's rather abrasive at times because she laughs at almost anything. Raine is claustrophobic, just like her brother, and has been known to thrash and scream loudly if she's confined in a small space.
She sometimes carries a dissection kit with her, which has scalpels, needles, scissors, pins, tweezers, and a prodding tool in them.
Raine can handle blood very well, has learned how to stitch up a body and proper ways to dissect things while in her care of the hospital, and has a high-tolerance for gross things. She's very knowledgeable about the anatomy and physiology of the body. And, because of her skill of being able to stitch people up, she can hand sew quite well.
Raine's real name is Estrella, and, like her brother and her mother's family, only tell their real name to their spouse and their family.

Electrical Manipulation: Mattius can manipulate electricity. He uses his powers for working his amps and his keyboard usually, but, just like his mother, he can also send electrical charges to someone's heart and nervous system, giving him the ability to possibly revive someone from the dead. He can manipulate electrical fields, and sometimes, when he's practicing, he can either shut down everything around him or blow everything up from power surges. In combat, he's rather deadly when he's in water, and he can also create an electrical shield to cover his body, shokcing anyone who touches him.

Mattius takes after his dad, whom him and Raine have never met. He's about 5'6", his height rendered by his mother's, with light blond hair, apricot skin, a slender build with some toned muscles, and light gray eyes. He usually wears whatever is comfortable- jeans, a t-shirt, usually he goes barefoot or he'll wear boots. Mattius wears a bracelet that his mother gave him. It is leather with his true name, Remus, on it.
Mattius is, like his sister, quiet. He's kind hearted, and, unlike his sister, doesn't judge people so easily. He is, however, protective of Raine, and will gladly put someone through pain if they hurt her. Mattius is laid back, preferring to sit back and play guitar or his keyboard, rather than to physical labor or sports. He enjoys sleeping, and will sleep if he is bored. He's lazy at times and tends to procrastinate his work. Mattius, like his sister, is claustrophobic, and will spaz out if he's stuck somewhere. He's a kind boy, a musician, but drags his feet along. He just likes to sit back all day and relax, playing a melody on his guitar, and enjoy the serenity of things. He's against war and protesting, and will usually never argue with someone or hurt anyone, unless his sister is involved.
Lydia, a ferret. He tries his best to keep her alive and healthy, considering that Raine will dissect her once she's dead.
Mattius is an excellent guitar and bass player, and he can play the keyboard/piano, and he can tone an instrument by ear. He's actually very good at science, but he is too lazy to really study it.
Like Raine, Mattius' true name is hidden.
