Brief History: Born to Allie and Daniel Bassindale, Piper was always cherished. They loved their daughter just as much when she was given a baby brother when she was three. The family was always normal, or so they seemed. Living in the busy world of Annapolis was easier for Allie, but for Daniel, even with his perfect family, he still had trouble fitting in. Piper noticed the uneasiness in her father's feelings, but never understood why.

Piper was always running around, wondering exactly why she lived the life she lived. After all, she noticed her powers before anyone else did. When she was eleven years old, she managed to throw mud at a girl after she called her ugly. Piper was never one for violence, but the girl egged her on and she didn't mean too. That was when her parents decided to send her somewhere to help her powers.

For six years, Piper would spend all her time at trying to learning how to control her powers and make sure that she never hurt anyone with them. It was always hard for her to fit in with everyone else. Still, she pretty much taught herself magic and became a pretty good witch.

Describe Power(s): She has magical powers, generally uses a wand and uses wands to cast spells. Often times they also create different potions which do different things. Witches can be passed through blood relations to witches. There are times when humans can practice magic.

Physical appearance: Being as short as she is, Piper is always called a kid. Knowing her short stature and petite body, she always sticks out from the rest of the crowd. Its never just being one of the others. Sometimes she loves being different, other times she wishes she could just be another face. Her baby face is something everyone always calls 'cute' and 'adorable' never is she called 'beautiful' or 'gorgeous', and sometimes that just gets to her. To add to her baby face, her hair normally goes down in nice ringlets. Those ringlets are natural, and only take a little bit of gel to keep nice and tight.

Piper loves anything really. Her style changes from whatever mood she's in. One minute, she could be standard jeans and a tee shirt, the next in a dress. One thing she can't stand is flip flops and really tall heels. She loves her tennis shoes, and aren't afraid to wear them with anything. She doesn't mind if someone tells her that her sense of style sucks. In her opinion, Piper loves her style and wouldn't let anyone change that.

Personality: Piper is a crazy girl. At one moment she can be completely stubborn and refusing to back down, and the next shying behind some friends. She's never been good at sports. Part of it being her small stature and lithe body. Not that she ever really minded, as she'd rather watch than participate in. One of her favorite things to do is sing and write songs for the piano, as they make her feel giddy. If you see her out and about, she will be kind and won't blow you off.

Something wrong with Piper is her ability to care too much. If you get her caring about you for a while, its not going to go away. Her heart is too big, and because of that, easily broken. Kindness and simplicity is all Piper is. Finding trust and loyalty in her friendships, she won't ever let you feel like you don't belong around her.
