Brief History:
Penelope was considered the queen of all queens. Everyone either loved of loathed her. She walked the halls of her school with everyone staring at her. She walked the streets of her hometown, Orlando, Florida, and everyone would stop to stare. Her mother got pregnant with a little girl. Sadly, the girl died in her mother's stomach. Then, Penelope's rich parents went broke, and they gave her away to her aunt who then left her at Camp Point.

Penelope can speed up/slow down the process of plants/trees/vines, and control where it will move (i.e., making vines wrap around something).

Physical appearance:
Penelope is around 5"6, average height, and somewhere around 100 lbs. She has pale skin, and likes to use markers to draw designs on her arms. Penelope has blue-green that are surrounded by long, black eyelashes. Her platinum blonde hair looks white in the light, and curls sometimes. Penelope's thin
layered hair stops around her shoulders. The teen loves keeping in shape and healthy, and her teeth are pearly whites.

Personality:
Penelope played cool, even though she was envied for her money and looks. She acted as if she was no different from any regular school kid. The teen was nice and friendly. Her enemies were usually bullies or nature-haters, or people who claimed that they were all that. Penelope doesn't ever miss her parents, because, they hated Penelope for never trying to become famous, and because she had powers. She will get angry sometimes. If she does, she'll blow. Penelope has always dreamed of having a little sibling, and gets overprotective sometimes of younger people. She loves nature, and helps is 24/7.

Pets:
A turtle named Peanut butter.

Weapons:
An oak bow with iron designs encrusted in it and 150 handcrafted arrows.

Talents:
Penelope is great at crafting things. She is also very skilled in archery. Other talents of hers include flute playing, gardening, and dancing.
